Founded in 1974, Mariman & Co. is mission driven and aimed at growing extensively in the next few years along with the communities we serve. The company’s early roots began when our founder purchased his first multi-unit residential property in the City of Costa Mesa. Under the company’s leadership and vision, we now own and manage 21 properties comprised of over 2,000 apartments and townhomes throughout Orange, Riverside, San Diego, and Los Angeles Counties.

With a long-term investment management philosophy in place, Mariman & Co. continues to reinvest in properties to maintain them in first-class conditions. As owner, developer, and operator of our communities, Mariman & Co. is vertically integrated and offer a team of experts that bring a wealth of multi-disciplinary experience to the communities we serve.
